Spindletop -Austin is the sister branch of Spindletop rescue in Houston. We mainly rescue puppies. Our foster homes provide the pups with love, training & socialization. Our goal is to place the pups into new homes before they are adults. If they do not get placed they will go to the Houston Branch once they are older. We focus our attention on a specific breed because so many shelters & groups refuse to help Pit Bulls (even puppies). We work out of our homes & have no outside funding . We pay for all of our supplies, Vet care, boarding, etc. out of our pockets & through donations. We have about 5-15 pups in our program at any given time. |

DOG OF THE MONTH 'ROWDY' 3-4 month old male APBT ROWDY is a wonderful puppy. He loves people & he loves to play. He is very toy driven & very active. He is crate trained & is learning basic commands. |
